Doge Rosso

Simple in its composition, Doge Rosso offers grand aromas and low acidity. A blend composed of 100% Arabica beans from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala and India, each origin is roasted separately and then “cold-blended” as dictated by the Venetian tradition. Each of the four origins is associated with the name of the plantation or the individual grower. The direct and exclusive importation allows for complete authenticity as the beans can be traced back to their origins. The aromas and flavours of each single origin are noted in each cup.

Doge Nero

The Doge Nero blend was created by selecting a base of Arabica coffees from the Alta Mogiana region in Brazil and from central american and caribbean plantations and uniting them with a washed Indian Robusta coffee, Kaapi Royale. All of the single origins are roasted together to achieve a uniform aroma. Once brewed this blend expresses a grand personality with an intense and persistent aroma and a refined chocolate aftertaste without any bitter undertones.

Doge Blu

The Doge Blu is a blend composed of 80% Arabica beans from Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Panama, Ethiopia and India, which has undergone decaffeination by the Demus Company in Trieste (Italy). The decaffeination process utilizes dichloromethane, a solvent particularly effective in the extraction of caffeine. Furthermore, the easy removal of the dichloromethane from the coffee assures that the roasted coffee does not contain any chemical residual as a result of the decaffeination process.
The finished product is a coffee that is 97% caffeine-free.

Rialto Grand Gourmet

Cuba Serrano Superior

The first coffee plantation appeared in Cuba in 1748, but the production started to increase significantly in 1789 through the work of thousands of French coffee growers, who were forced to flee due to the armed uprising of slaves in Haiti. We propose you the SERRANO SUPERIOR, coffee with a rich aroma and extremely pleasant to the palate. The Serrano is growing at a relatively low altitude compared to other Caribbean coffees, making a surprisingly full-bodied cup, thanks to the humidity of the environment and the richness of the soil.
